Jakarta, May 15, 2025 – The Faculty of Industrial Technology (FTI) Universitas Trisakti today held a lively Open House event, attracting the attention of hundreds of high school / vocational high school students and parents who wanted to get to know the world of engineering and innovation more closely.

The event was officially opened by the Vice Dean IV, Dr. Ahmad Zuhdi, SSi, M.Kom. In his remarks, Dr. Ahmad Zuhdi warmly welcomed the audience, emphasizing the important role of FTI in producing future engineers and innovators who are ready to compete in the industrial era 4.0. “FTI-USAKTI is committed to providing high-quality education, equipped with a relevant curriculum and modern facilities, in order to produce graduates who are not only academically competent, but also have character and global competitiveness,” he said.

The main material presentation session was presented by two important figures at Trisakti University. Larasati Rizky Putri, S.Pd., M.Pd., as the Coordinator of Public Relations & Promotion Section, explained clearly the various study programs in FTI, ranging from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, to Information Systems,” said Larasati.

Furthermore, Debbie Kemalasari, S.T., M.B.A., M.T., I.P.M., as Pjs. Head of Promotion and Admissions, provided detailed information about the registration process, entry points, and the new student admission system. Ms. Debbie also emphasized the importance of choosing a major that suits their interests and talents, as well as future career prospects. She encouraged students to actively ask questions and gather as much information as possible during the Open House.

In addition to the presentation session, visitors also had the opportunity to take a campus tour, visiting state-of-the-art laboratories. FTI students took an active role as tour guides, sharing their personal experiences and demonstrating innovative projects in the works. This direct interaction provided a real insight into lecture life at FTI.
